When it comes to the most sold Amazon books list, there tends to be a lot of change. That’s certainly the case the week starting Sunday, Dec. 31.

While there were a few new additions to the list, there was one notable reentry. After being knocked off the list the week before, The Echo of Old Books by Barbara Davis made its way back on the list. It’s just behind The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride, getting back on the list in fourth place.

That did mean A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas dropped a spot. That still held onto a Top 5 place, and it’s not like Maas will complain when she sees how many of her other books are on the list.

4 new books on the list

There were four new additions to the list of most sold Amazon books, and two of them were Maas books. The third ACOTAR book, A Court of Wings and Ruin made it in 17th place for the first time. The other novel was House of Flame and Shadow, which entered in 19th place.

The other two new additions were further up the list. Tessa Bailey entered with Same Time Next Year in 16th place. Meanwhile, Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross entered in sixth place.

This did mean a few big changes on the list. Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus continues to fall. This time, it lost three places but still holds onto a Top 10 place. Husband and Wife by K.L. Slater lost eight places, seeing the biggest drop on the list.

Maas books moved up the list, with A Court of Mist and Fury getting into the Top 10. House of Earth and Blood gained three places to get into the Top 15.
