The list of most read Amazon books of the week didn't change all that much. For the most part, the books moved between themselves. There were some notable mentions, though.

There was one new addition to the list during the week. That was at the very bottom of the list, with The Teacher by Freida McFadden making its way on. It’s not surprising that this book has entered already. McFadden has a strong following. While her books sometimes have a more fantastical ending with the twists, they are still great stories and fun reads. The Teacher is no exception.

With it entering at the bottom of the list—we’re sure to see it climb—it didn’t change too much elsewhere. Those changes came from books between themselves.

Sarah J. Maas mixed, Top 3 remains steady

Most of the change came in the Top 10, but not in the Top 3. House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas continued to hold the top spot, with Rebecca Yarros’s books holding the next two spots. There was a small change to the Top 5, though.

A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas gained spots to get into the Top 5. However, House of Earth and Blood and House of Sky and Breath, also by Maas, lost some notable places to drop out of the Top 5. Instead, House of Sky and Breath only just held onto a Top 10 spot after losing six places. It was a mixed week for Maas.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling gained two places to get into sixth place, while the first book in the series lost a spot. The Top 10 was rounded out with James McBride’s The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store.
