Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga isn't coming to Prime Video, but we know where it will stream

Are you ready for another journey into the world of Mad Max. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is out in theaters, and this is definitely a movie you’ll want to watch again at home. So, you’ll want to know where it will head for streaming.

Chris Hemsworth stars in this movie as Dr. Dementus, a warlord who leads a great biker horde. Young Furiosa, played by Anya Taylor-Joy, ends up falling into the hands of the horde as they sweep through the Wasteland.

Of course, things can’t be all that simple for a warlord, though. There is always someone who wants to take over a warlord’s group, and in this case, it’s Immortan Joe, played by Tom Burke, who presides over the Citadel. The two fight for dominance while all Furiosa wants to do is find her way back home.

You won’t be able to stream the movie on Prime Video. At least, not with just your Prime membership right away. That doesn’t mean you’ll want to get rid of Prime Video right now.

Furiosa is a Warner Bros. Movie, which means it will head to Max as its first streaming home. The great news is that Max is now in the Amazon Channels lineup, so you can get the channel for an extra cost. It’s the same amount that you would pay for Max anyway, but you don’t need to deal with the glitchy Max interface.

In some good news, you’ll be able to get this movie on Digital in the near future. This allows you to buy or rent the movie, and you’ll be able to get it with your Amazon Instant Video account. The great thing is that there’s no need to keep paying for any subscription. When you buy the movie, it will be part of your free Amazon account for as long as you have it. You can watch as often as you want at no extra cost.

When is this release going to happen? That’s not confirmed yet, but Warner Bros. Movies tend to take a month or two to go to Digital. We’re looking at the end of July at the latest.
