As we start a new week, we want to get ready for the Digital and DVD releases that we can get. Here’s a look at everything arriving on Tuesday, April 2.

The American Society of Magical Negroes is the biggest release of the week. It has only just been released in theaters, and it is only coming to Digital at this time. There isn’t a DVD release date set at this point.

Justice Smith stars as a young man called Aren, who is recruited into a secret society of magical Black people. This society has dedicated its time to make the lives of white people much easier. It’s something that goes unspoken about in this world, and Aren needs to figure out if this is what he wants to continue or not.

Notes of Autumn, Inside Man Year One, and more

There are a few romantic movies heading to Digital this week. One of them is Notes of Autumn, starring Ashley Williams, Luke Macfarlane, Marcus Rosner, and Peter Porte. It is a little like The Holiday in the sense that two people swap homes and find love. Leo swaps homes with his best friend Ellie in an attempt to gain the inspiration he needs for his next book. While there, he meets Matt, who certainly helps him get out of his writer’s block. It also sparks something more for the two of them.

Meanwhile, Ellie has her own experiences in Leo’s house. She meets Sam and sparks soon fly.

When it comes to DVD releases, Inside Man Year One is certainly something worth looking out for. It follows a group of people who shouldn’t have found their paths crossing, but they do. Just how do a prisoner on Death Row in the U.S., a vicar of a quiet English town, and a math teacher trapped in a cellar find a connection to each other?

This short series will take you on a wild ride. David Tennant, Stanley Tucci, Dolly Wells, and Lydia West are among the excellent cast that leaves you on the edge of your seat as each episode ends.
