Blink Twice is likely to come to Prime Video after theaters (get the details)
What would you do if you were randomly invited to a private party on an island? We get to find out what happens if you say yes in Blink Twice.
The new thriller is out in theaters right now, and it follows Channing Tatum as tech billionaire Slater King. After meeting Frida (Naomi Ackie), a cocktail waitress at his fundraising gala, he decides to invite her on a dream vacation. It’s to his private island, which really should set off some alarm bells to anyone who watches enough horror.
After a few wild nights, strange things start to happen. Frida realizes that if she wants to survive, she will need to get to the bottom of everything happening on this island. Is there a way to make it out alive?
Blink Twice is likely to come to Prime Video
If you want to wait for this movie to head to streaming, there is some great news. This is an Amazon MGM Studios movie, which means that it is most likely heading to Prime Video as the first streaming home. After all, it’s an Amazon movie!
Don’t expect it to happen any time soon, though. Amazon MGM movies tend to take around 11 months to head to Prime Video, so we’re not looking at this one arriving until the summer of 2025.
Get Blink Twice on Amazon Video instead
While it will head to Prime Video, you will still be able to buy or rent Blink Twice on Digital via Amazon Instant Video. This is just another way for movie studios to make the money back on the release. The great news is that the release on Amazon Video is going to be much sooner than Prime Video. We’re looking at it coming out within the next couple of months.
If you’re on the fence about the movie, renting it could be best. However, if you know that you’ll watch this again and again, buy the movie. You’ll see it added to your normal Amazon account and be able to watch it over and over again without worrying about where it is on streaming.
