Amazon finally reveals premiere date for Invincible Season 2, Part 2
It took more than two years to get Invincible Season 2, and it wasn’t even the full season. For various reasons, Amazon opted to split the eight-episode season in two parts.
As much as we loved the first four episodes, it’s been a long wait for the next four. The good news is the wait is closer to being over. We finally have a release date. No, that light is not an oncoming train!
What do we know? Will the season be released as a binge-watch or weekly? Here’s everything that Amazon has released so far.
Invincible Season 2, Part 2 will premiere in March
There is still a little bit of a wait on our hands, but it’s not too long. Invincible Season 2, Part 2 will arrive on Thursday, March 14. If you’re in North America, you might want to make space for the series on Wednesday night. This is a global original, which means a release the night before.
The season is released weekly. There will be just one episode on Thursday, March 14. The remaining episodes will release on Thursdays. With just four episodes to air, that means Thursday, April 4 is the date for the Invincible Season 2 finale.
At least we know that Season 3 is happening. We also shouldn’t have to wait as long for the third season as we did the second.
Amazon announced the release date in a video. It doesn’t give a lot away as to what to expect. There is a lot to cover after that shocking midseason finale. Omni-Man has been captured and the Viltrumites have destroyed another planet in the galaxy. They will stop at nothing until Earth is conquered. Can Mark and his friends work together to save Earth?
Invincible Season 2, Part 2 premieres on Thursday, March 14 on Prime Video.
