After the success of The Theory of Everything, Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones teamed up once more in The Aeronauts, and there’s no doubt that we loved it. The two personalities shone through their character, bringing to life the highs and lows of their tale.

Both took on roles of characters ahead of their time, viewed as ridiculous for their dreams. And yet, they go through with their dreams, determined to succeed. It’s certainly not easy, as they both have a brush with death and there are moments that will leave you on the edges of your seat. It’s certainly one of the most thrilling rides you’ll go on.

Of course, it looks like it wasn’t a success when you look at the Box Office figures. Something to remember is that the movie only had two weeks in theaters, despite initially being made for an IMAX run. Amazon wanted to bring it to Prime Video as soon as possible, reducing the time in theaters and, therefore, reducing the chance of gaining the budget back immediately. However, it’s surely a success on the streaming service.

It is Certified Fresh, with both critics and audiences loving it.
