Most read Amazon books last week: James McBride book enters

It took some time, but The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride finally enters the list of most read Amazon books. Here’s a look at the list from last week.

There wasn’t too much change at the top of the list of most read Amazon books. That’s not too surprising. This is a list that sees little change.

However, there was one new addition at the bottom of the list. James McBride’s The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store finally entered the list. It was only in 19th place, but there’s plenty of time for it to move up the list.

ACOTAR books moves up, Fourth Wing series remains steady

The Top 3 remained steady. Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros remained in the top spot with the first book in the series remaining in second place. These two books remain popular on BookTok, so this isn’t surprising at all.

The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins also remained steady in third place. With the popularity of the movie, this also isn’t too surprising.

There was a change in the rest of the Top 5, though. He Who Fights with Monsters 10 by Shirtaloon and Travis Deverell gained two spots to get into fourth place, knocking Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling down a spot into fifth place. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling was knocked out of the Top 5.

However, there were some notable movers up the list. With the new push for the A Court of Thorns and Roses series on BookTok, it’s not that surprising to see the Sarah J. Maas books move up the list. The first book in the series gained one spot, while the other two gained two spots each during the week. Will the fourth book enter this week?
