When should Wonka come to DVD and Blu-ray?

We know that Wonka will come to DVD and Blu-ray at some point in the future. The question is when that will happen so you can add it to your collection.

Our eyes are on Wonka right now. The movie is just out in theaters, and we know that it will head to Max for streaming at first. This is certainly one of those movies you’ll want to see in all its glory in theaters, but you’ll also want to watch it at home.

You’ll definitely want to add it to your DVD collection. The good news is that as a Warner Bros. movie, it will come out on DVD and Blu-ray. When will that happen? We don’t have an official date just yet, but we have a good idea of when it should happen.

When could Wonka come to DVD and Blu-ray?

We’re looking at The Flash and Barbie as two big Warner Bros. releases from 2023. This will give us an idea of how long we’ll need to wait for the Timothée Chalamet movie to come out.

The Flash took around two and a half months to make it to DVD. It may have been planned for a little longer, but there was a lot of controversy around this release due to Ezra Miller in the lead. It wasn’t as big in theaters financially as it was meant to be.

Meanwhile, Barbie took almost three months to go from theaters to DVD. This wait wasn’t that surprising considering how well it performed financially. It was one of 2023’s most anticipated releases, so of course Warner Bros. was going to leave it in theaters for as long as possible.

What about Wonka? We’ll we’re probably looking at closer to three months for this one to come out. We could be looking at around Tuesday, March 5, 2024 for Wonka to come to DVD and Blu-ray.
