Reacher Season 2 arrives at the end of the week, and you’ll want to watch the episodes right away. This is not a series to watch with the kids around.

Eyes are on Friday, Dec. 15. It’s the date that the first three episodes of Reacher Season 2 drop on Prime Video. There is no doubt that you want to tune into the episodes right away, but you’ll want to think about the children in the house.

This series is rated TV-MA. That means it is not suitable for children. It’s the same as an R-rated movie and is aimed for those who are 18 and above. Of course, you’ll want to know why that is. If you have some older teenagers, you may find that this show works for them. This is up to you as a parent.

Why Reacher Season 2 is rated TV-MA

There is a lot of gore in the show. Not as much as something like The Boys, but enough that will turn some stomachs. Even some adults may feel uncomfortable by the amount of gore that comes up in the series. So, if you have younger children, you’ll want to think about the level of gore and violence they’re seeing on the screen.

You can check out the first season to see the level of gore on the screen. In the first season, we saw a naked man nailed to a wall with everything on show and a man in a chair with a slashed neck.

There is also a lot of nudity within the series. The sexual scenes aren’t on thelevel that you’d see in something like Outlander, but there is some romance and there are nude bodies on the screen. Remember the scene of the naked man nailed to the wall!

What about profanity? There are some F-bombs that are dropped throughout the show. During the first season, Malcolm Goodwin’s character kept pointing out when people would swear and then he did it himself.

These are all things to keep in mind when we go into Reacher Season 2. The show is likely to be much more of the same.
