Everything streaming on Prime Video this week: Reacher Season 2 and more

It’s a quiet week on Prime Video this week. However, it’s all about the end of the week with the release of Reacher Season 2.

This is one of those weeks where you’ll want to turn your attention back to the first of the month drop. There are only two titles dropping this week throughout the week.

The good news is there’s currently plenty to stream on Prime Video. If you’re in the mood for something for Christmas, consider Your Christmas or Mine 2 or Merry Little Batman. When you want something with more action or sci-fi, you can turn to something like Mr. and Mrs. Smith or the Star Trek movies.

What about this week, though? There are some exciting releases to look out for.

Reacher Season 2 drops on Prime Video this week

The week starts with the release of Asteroid City on Tuesday, Dec. 12. This is a comedy drama that stars Jason Schwartzman and Scarlett Johansson that looks like it’s set in the 1950s. Instead, it’s a retro-futuristic version of the decade, where we see a documentary about the creation of Asteroid City, a fictional play within the show’s setting.

Of course, the majority of people are ready for the second season of Reacher, which has already been renewed for a third season. The first three episodes of Reacher Season 2 drop on Prime Video on Friday, Dec. 15. We’ll get to see how Jack is pulled into another case.

The case is personal again. Members of his former military unit are being targeted and killed. Reacher and the remaining members team up together to take down whoever is after them all. It’s time to get answers.
