Is The Oath on Amazon?

The Oath is out in theaters, but will it stream online anywhere? Do we already know a Digital release date? Here’s everything we know so far.

Darin Scott and Billy Zane star in a period drama movie set in an Ancient America that has long been forgotten. It’s 400 A.D. and a lone Hebraic fugitive has a fight to save history while he is ruthlessly hunted down.

One thing that he also needs to do is rescue the abused mistress of the king. That could lead to this warrior’s past being awakened, and what does it mean for the king and the fallen nation?

The only way to find out right now is to head to theaters. Of course, a lot of theatrical releases head up going to a streaming platfor. What about this one?

Is The Oath on Prime Video?

We start off with some bad news when it comes to this movie. It isn’t clear if it will come to Prime Video or not. This is a Regal Pictures release, and there isn’t a set deal with a streamer for these movies.

In some good news, it could mean that it will head to the Amazon streamer. It certainly seems to fit a lot of the content already on the platform. Netflix is the other likely option.

What about the digital release, though? In some great news, The Oath will be available to buy or rent on Digital. Deadline even tells us when this will happen. You’ll be able to add it to your VOD collection on Tuesday, March 26.

Keep in mind that this is via Amazon Instant Video, where you buy and rent movies. When you buy, you only pay once and you get to watch whenever you want for as long as you have your Amazon account.
