Will Merry Little Batman come to DVD and Blu-ray?

Merry Little Batman is coming to Prime Video at the end of the week. Is this something you’ll be able to add to your DVD collection?

We’re ready for a cute Christmas special. It’s all about Merry Little Batman.

The story follows Damian Wayne, the son of Bruce Wayne. Yes, Batman has a son, and this little boy is ready to grow up to be a hero just like his dad. He gets the chance to show off his skills and abilities on Christmas Eve.

While Batman is out protecting Gotham from the villains, Damian is left home alone when he learns that there’s a plot to steal Christmas. He can’t let that happen, so he sets out on an adventure to save Christmas.

Will Merry Little Batman be on DVD and Blu-ray?

You and your kids will be able to watch Merry Little Batman on Prime Video on Friday, Dec. 8. This does mean that you’ll need a Prime subscription, and not everyone wants that all the time just to watch a movie.

Will Merry Little Batman get a DVD release? That isn’t all that easy to say.

As an Amazon Original, we’d usually be inclined to say no as Amazon wouldn’t want to give people a way to watch the movie without a subscription. However, this is also a DC release. WarnerMedia owns DC, and we see a lot of Warner Bros. content get released on DVD and Blu-ray even when it goes straight to a streaming platform.

This could mean that we’ll see the DC Christmas movie come out on DVD and Blu-ray in the future. It’s definitely something we’ll keep an eye on.

What we probably won’t see is a Digital release. This does take people away from the Amazon streamer.
