Is Teddy’s Christmas streaming on Amazon after theaters?

There’s a new Christmas movie out in theaters. Yes, it had already been released in Norway last year, but it’s finally getting a North American release, and you won’t want to miss it. It’s all about Teddy’s Christmas.

This has nothing to do with Ted, the talking bear voiced by Seth MacFarlane. The movie is a story about an eight-year-old who heads on a journey to get a teddy that she sees at a carnival and falls in love with it after someone else wins it.

Is Teddy’s Christmas on Prime Video?

It’s hard to say where this movie is going to stream online after theaters. It’s from one of the smaller studios, and they don’t tend to have exclusive licenses with streaming platforms. In a way, that’s good news, as it means that it could head to Prime Video.

Teddy’s Christmas does seem like a release that would work for Prime Video fans. However, it’s also one that would work well on STARZ or Netflix. If it is STARZ, keep your Prime Video membership as its one of the Amazon Channels.

What about the release on Digital? This movie is sure to get a Digital release, and that will mean it comes to Amazon Instant Video. You’ll be able to rent or buy the movie, and it will be added to your Amazon Library. When you buy it, you’ll be able to watch it over and over again for as long as you have your account.

There’s no need to worry about where it streams from one week to the next with a digital copy. It’s not clear when this release will happen, but we could see it before the end of the year with it already being released in Europe.
