How far would you be willing to go to win a neighborhood Christmas home decorating contest? That’s what we get to see in Candy Cane Lane.
When it comes to Christmas, there is one thing that some neighborhoods go crazy about. It’s decorating their homes. This is a huge thing across North America, with some areas having major competitions. Well, that’s what we get to see in Candy Cane Lane.
All Chris wants to do is to win the neighborhood competition. That leads to some crazy antics, especially when a mischievous elf decides to get up to a few things when Chris signs something that he really shouldn’t. If someone tells you not to read the fine print, you should probably read the fine print!
Candy Cane Lane synopsis
The new Amazon movie sees Chris and his family tackle the 12 Days of Christmas. Literally.
You see, Chris ends up making a deal with elf Pepper. She decides to unleash absolute chaos on the neighborhood with the 12 Days of Christmas. Think a partridge in a pear tree, seven swans swimming, however many lords leaping (depending on the version being sung), and more! Oh yes, the neighborhood is about to see them all.
It’s going to be up to Chris and his whole family to find a way to stop the magic. Is there a way out of the deal that he made with the elf? Is there anything that Pepper wants more than to cause absolute mayhem? That’s something for them all to find out—and win the neighborhood competition at the same time, of course!
