Upload Season 3 finale ending explained: Did both Nathans survive?

Everything in Upload Season 3 led to the end of one of the Nathans. Did the two Nathans find a way to survive the cull with everything else going on?

Nathan and Nora went on a journey to expose everything that was going on with Freeyond, while Aleesha and Luke spent the season uncovering Karina’s secrets. Then there was Ingrid, who spent the season getting the Nathan she wanted only to wonder if she wanted him.

The Upload Season 3 finale brought a small victory in terms of the people of Freeyond. Well, at least for the families of the Freeyond situation. It was a small win, but Aleesha’s evidence was all covered up, and it meant that the illegal duplicates needed to be deleted.

Which Nathan was deleted in Upload Season 3?

The illegal duplicates included Nathan. The question for everyone is which Nathan has found a way to survive? You see, the Original Nathan was taken into custody, while the Duplicate Nathan was being hunted down.

At one point, one of the Nathans did a video call with Nora, Ingrid, and others to say that the other Nathan was a goner. However, Nora asked which one he was, and we cut out before getting an answer. So, which one is he?

TVLine got an interview with showrunner and creator Greg Daniels, but of course, he was keeping things closed-lipped when it came to answering which Nathan had made it.

The Nathan that survives is going to cause some huge problems for Nora and Ingrid. Will they need to learn to share, or will one of them need to accept that the man they fell for—and the one who fell for them—is gone? Nora and Ingrid found a way to friendship in this recent season, and this could all be destroyed as they figure out which Nathan survived and what that means for them.
