Is All the Light We Cannot See on Amazon?
You’ve read the novel, and now it’s time to watch the movie. All the Light You Cannot See is available on a streaming platform, but is it an Amazon one?
You’ve likely read and re-read the Anthony Doerr novel All the Light We Cannot See. It follows two characters. The first is a blind French girl, Marie-Laure LeBlanc. She takes refuge in her uncle’s home when Paris is invaded by the Germans during World War II. The other character is a German boy, Werner Pfennig, who is accepted into a military school. He has exceptional radio technology skills.
The story alternates between the viewpoints. It’s going to be interesting to see how the movie handles all that.
Is All the Light We Cannot See on Prime Video?
So, eyes are on where to watch the movie. This is not a movie that is going to theaters. It’s heading straight to streaming, but which one is that?
It’s sadly not going to be Prime Video. All the Light We Cannot See is a Netflix Original Movie. The only streaming platform that it is on is Netflix, and that’s the way it’s likely to stay. There is no need to think that the two streamers will share their content.
Is All the Light We Cannot See on Amazon Video?
There is another way to watch movies on Amazon. It’s all about Amazon Instant Video, where you can buy or rent movies on Digital. This is a different way of viewing than streaming on Prime Video. Prime Video releases need to be licensed while Instant Video releases are distributed.
It’s unlikely that we’ll see this movie head to Amazon Instant VIdeo. It’s rare that we do see a Netflix Original go to Digital. This is because it takes too many people away from the streaming platform, and Netflix definitely won’t want to do that now.
All the Light We Cannot See is only on Netflix.
