We always know that a new John Grisham novel is going to do well on the list of most sold Amazon books. Take a look at how well it did in its first week.

When we see a new John Grisham novel out, we know that it’s going to hit the list of most sold Amazon books. The Exchange hit the list of most read books last week, narrowly missing out on the Top 10, but what about the most sold books?

Well, it did hit the list, and it hit it extremely well. The Exchange took over the top spot on the list, pushing Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros down.

Iron Flame down, Lessons in Chemistry up

Don’t worry too much about the Fourth Wing sequel. It was still in a good spot, dropping into fourth place. That’s just below the first book in the series, which has been optioned for a TV series.

Meanwhile, Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus unsurprisingly moved up the list. The show on Apple TV+ is at the halfway point, so it’s not surprising to see fans buy the book to be ready to read it and compare. Those who have read it before may buy it again for a friend or to reread to remind themselves of the original story and to see the changes.

There were some other notable movers on the list. Caught Up by Liz Tomforde dropped four spots, landing outside of the Top 5. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas gained two spots on the list to get into the Top 10, while The Spy Coast by Tess Gerritsen gained seven spots and it could get into the Top 10 this week.
