Will Goosebumps come to DVD and Blu-ray?

Goosebumps has come to Disney+ and Hulu, and you know you want to add this to your DVD collection. Is that going to be possible?

The time has come to see another adaptation of the Goosebumps stories. We all fell in love with R.L. Stine’s work as children, and there’s plenty of love for the books still as adults. Of course, we want to enjoy the books with our children, and the same goes for adaptations.

The new series involves a group of teenagers that unleash supernatural forces into the world. All our favorite Goosebumps characters are set to return, and we know that the adults in the story hold a big secret. Just what is that secret going to be, and can it help the teens get the supernatural entities back into their boxes?

While you can watch the series on Disney+ and Hulu right now, you’ll want to add it to your DVD collections. Will that be possible?

Will Goosebumps head to DVD and Blu-ray?

It’s hard to say if this show will get a DVD release or not. A lot of Disney+ shows didn’t come to DVD and Blu-ray, but that is starting to change. We’re seeing the likes of Loki, WandaVision, and The Mandalorian head to DVD. That does suggest that this one could head there too.

What about a Digital release? We’re a little more confident in saying that won’t happen. By releasing content on Digital, people are able to buy the episodes and watch them anywhere without a Disney+ or Hulu subscription. This is unlike a DVD release, where you need to have a DVD player, meaning the subscription is needed when you’re on the road.

It’s not impossible for a Digital release to happen, but we’re saying no for now.
