The Fall of the House of Usher is now available to stream. It’s based on the short story by Edgar Allen Poe, so you know it’s based on great source material. And as the title suggests, it focuses on the fall of a powerful family.

Roderick and Madeline Usher are siblings who have built a pharmaceutical company. This has led to an empire of privilege and wealth. Of course, there are secrets that the two hold, and when the heirs of the Usher dynasty start dying, those secrets are about to come out.

Is The Fall of the House of Usher on Prime Video?

There is some bad news to start this post. This is not a series that will head to Prime Video.

It’s a Netflix Original Series, just like Flanagan’s other shows. That means the only place that it is going to stream is Netflix. There is little chance that the series will leave Netflix for Prime Video.

There is more bad news to come. This is not a series that is likely to go to Amazon Instant Video, which is where shows go when they are released on Digital. It’s rare for a Netflix series to get a Digital release because it takes people away from the platform.

We haven’t seen Flanagan’s other shows head to Digital. That makes us think that The Fall of the House of Usher will remain exclusive to Netflix.
