There are 42 titles arriving on the platform today, Sunday, Oct. 1. The first of those is a TV series. You can watch The Drew Barrymore Show in full right now. What about the rest of the content?

Sixteen Candles, Pitch Perfect, and more

There is something for everyone on Freevee today. One of the more notable releases is the 1984 release Sixteen Candles. The movie follows Samantha, played by Molly Ringwald, as she faces her 16th birthday with the usual teenage dread. It doesn’t help that it’s all been mostly overshadowed by her sister’s upcoming wedding. There’s the usual teenage drama, too, including her love for one boy while trying to keep another boy at bay.

Another great release for the whole family is Pitch Perfect. This movie follows a woman who heads off to college with dreams of doing something with her music. She ends up being pulled into a struggling acapella group, but can she use her skills to help the group win at nationals?

For those more in the mood for horror, Jeepers Creepers 2 is heading to Freevee today. This is going to be the perfect watch when you’re getting ready for the scariest month of the year. Maybe you’ll want to keep it for later in the month.
