The Boys Season 4 is not coming to Prime Video in October 2023
The Boys left us with a lot of questions, and we want to delve into more of the story. When will The Boys Season 4 premiere on Prime Video?
There are some big questions for the world of The Boys. This series left us with The Seven losing two more members, with one of them being left presumed dead and the other called a traitor. Homelander is growing support from the far right, and his son has teamed up with him.
The vigilante group has a lot to deal with. Starlight has joined them, hanging up her Supe title and going to be known as Annie January. Meanwhile, Butcher is facing a shortened lifespan due to his use of the temporary Compound V from the third season.
Of course, we didn’t expect the series to arrive this month. We’re in the middle of the prequel series, Gen V, and there is no way that Amazon would want the shows to clash. There’s also the problem of the current strike action.
When will The Boys Season 4 come to Prime Video?
Amazon hasn’t set the date for the series. At one point, there was hope that it would arrive in early 2024, but the current strike action may have changed that. While the show had completed production, the SAG-AFTRA strike shut down a lot of post-production work. Until this can start up again, there won’t be episodes available to air.
So, we could be looking at a little later into 2024. There is a chance that the SAG-AFTRA strike will come to an end soon. The WGA strike has ended, and now SAG will start to talk to the studios. Hopefully, the WGA has set the tone for what is to be expected. The two unions were standing in solidarity.
We’ll be sure to keep an eye on everything.
The Boys is available to stream on Prime Video.
