The Continental: From the World of John Wick has premiered on Peacock in the U.S. and on Prime Video internationally. When are new episodes coming out?

We’re ready to delve deeper into the world of John Wick. The Continental brings us a prequel story, focused on how Winston took over as the manager of The Continental Hotel in New York. The first episode is now available to stream.

Something that you’ll notice is that the episode is longer than most TV show episodes. It’s a 90-minute episode, so it makes sense that Peacock has opted to release the series on a weekly basis. That means Prime Video has to release it weekly internationally.

The question for many is when the next episodes will air. When will the season finale air on Peacock and Prime Video, and is this going to be a series finale?

The Continental: From the World of John Wick release schedule

This is a short limited series. There are only three episodes to the story, and it looks like the whole thing takes place over three nights at the hotel. With how the first episode ended, we can see that happening.

Each episode is released on Fridays. With only three episodes, there are just two more weeks to get the full story of Winston’s move to take over the hotel and make it into the one we know in the John Wick movies.

• Sept. 29: Episode 2
• Oct. 6: Episode 3

As you can see, the final episode will air on Friday, Oct. 6. That’s Thanksgiving weekend in Canada. It’s a great way to kick off the weekend. And you’ll have time on Monday to get through the series another time.

It is a limited series. Don’t expect the show to be renewed, but we would love to see another origin story for some of the characters we’ve come to know and love in John Wick.
