While The Continental is a Peacock series in the U.S., it’s coming to Prime Video internationally. What time can you stream the episodes?

It’s time for the premiere of The Continental: From the World of John Wick. It’s the series we’ve all been waiting for, as we see more of the things that go on in the chain of hotels around the world. This is a Peacock series in the U.S., but Prime Video landed the rights internationally.

The series is set in an alternate history to the one we know in real life. We follow Winston Scott, as he becomes the proprietor of the New York branch of the hotels, which act as a safe haven for hitmen and assassins. No business is allowed to take place in any of the hotels, creating somewhere for people to rest and recover.

Set in the 1970s, we see how Winston kept things going throughout some tough, real-world problems. These include the Winter of Discontent and the Mafia rising in power in America. Yes, while it’s an alternate history version of the 1970s, there are still elements of it that are true to what we’ve seen.

When is The Continental: From the World of John Wick on Prime Video?

We usually see the releases on Prime Video happen at midnight UK time. That’s not likely to happen here. Well, at least, we’re not likely to see time zones work in our favor. After all, it’s not a global release.

In the past, we’ve seen the international releases arrive around midnight ET on the official day of release. Sometimes, we’ve had to wait until 3 a.m. ET. This often depends on the contracts in place with the original network that releases the show in the U.S. We’d suggest checking at midnight local if you’re still up, but otherwise, waiting until during the day on Friday.
