Amazon is adding more than 40 titles to Freevee today

If you’re looking for something to watch without spending more money, Freevee is the place to turn. There are 50 titles joining the streamer today.

It’s not just Friday, Sept. 1—the first of the month brings the big drops. It’s the long weekend, and we’re looking for something else to watch in between our activities to make the most of the last official weekend of the summer.

The good news is that Freevee has us covered, and you don’t need to spend extra on a new subscription. There are 50 titles joining the streamer, with some of them TV shows with multiple seasons to work your way through.

Magnum PI, Hot Fuzz, and more

If you’re in the mood for a crime drama, you’ll want to turn your attention to Magnum PI. The first four seasons of the series are streaming on the free platform. These are the episodes that aired on CBS and were removed from Paramount+ after the show was canceled. NBC saved the show for a fifth (and now final) season, but that season is only on Peacock right now.

What about if you want a comedy cop movie? Hot Fuzz is a must-watch. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost star as two cops in a small town where there is a murder mystery. It turns out that there is something hilariously sinister going on. This is the second movie in the Cornetto trilogy of movies.

If you’re in the mood for a movie that is inspired by true events, The Post is the one to watch. This movie follows the story of the Washington Post looking to expose a government conspiracy that spans three decades and four presidents.
