Most sold Amazon books last week: We’ll Always Have Summer soars up

The third book in The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy soared up the list of most sold Amazon books last week. Here’s a full look at the list.

It is never surprising to see books that have been adapted into shows and movies hit the list of most sold Amazon books. When there’s the end of a season and a promise of a new season, the next book tends to hit high on the list.

We’ll Always have Summer by Jenny Han is the third book in The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy. It’s the book the third season will be based on, and we certainly was not surprised to see it enter the list the previous week. Well, it soared up the list last week by gaining 14 places to get into the Top 3.

It was also not the only Summer book on the list. Not only did The Summer I Turned Pretty move up the list, but It’s Not Summer Without You reentered.

Red, White, and Royal Blue up, A Court of Thorns and Roses down

There was a lot of movement on the list, mostly of books between themselves. Another notable book that is source material for an Amazon movie is Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston. After entering the previous week, it gained two spots to get into the Top 5 last week.

Meanwhile, Never Lie by Freida McFadden gained three spots to get into the Top 10, and Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros gained five spots to just narrowly miss out on a Top 10 spot.

The Covenant of Water by Abraham Verghese lost five spots, just holding onto a top 10 spot. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas saw a six-place drop.

The Way I Hate Him by Meghan Quinn and The Heaven & Earth Grocery Story by James McBride saw the biggest drops. They both lost nine places, just holding onto spots on the list.
