There was one new addition to the list of most read Amazon books last week. Of course, it was the source material to a new Amazon movie.

We are very much used to seeing the source material of Amazon shows and movies hit the most read and most sold book lists. Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston was the only new addition to the list of most read Amazon books last week, and it wasn’t a surprise at all.

The book finally got a movie adaptation. Right away, the book made it to the list of most sold books, and now it’s on the list of most read books. We’re hoping to see it move up the list this week.

The Summer I Turned Pretty and A Court of Wings and Ruin reenter

There were also some notable reentries on the list. The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han reentered the list in 20th place. I’m more surprised that is wasn’t the third book of the series considering the second season just finished and now fans will want to read ahead. However, it’s not surprising to see one of the books on the list. Maybe more will enter in the coming weeks.

After all, the third A Court of Thorns and Roses book by Sarah J. Maas has re-entered. A Court of Wings and Ruin is now in 19th place. The first two books remained steady on the list. It’s clear that fans are getting ready for the Hulu series (which we know very little about) with rereads.
