The story is told over the series of decades, starting with a nine-year-old Alice Hart. She thinks she has the perfect life but then a fire takes away everyone dear to her. She loses her parents, and now she has to go live with her grandmother on a flower farm.

As she grows up, she learns that her parents had some skeletons in the closet. They weren’t the only ones, either. The entire family has some secrets that are starting to come out, and Alice needs to figure out how to deal with everything she thought she knew.

She also deals with figuring out love and life. As she falls in love, she needs to fight for her own life against this man.

If you’re looking for a coming-of-age drama that takes place over a series of years, this is the show for you. For those who want a horror or a comedy, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart probably won’t meet the mark.
