The Ex-Wife, Granite Harbour, and more

Let’s start with the arrival of the four-episode series The Ex-Wife, based on Jess Ryder’s hit of the same name. We follow Tasha, who thinks she has everything she could need in life. The problem is her husband’s first wife is constantly in their lives, and her husband’s family shows no sign in shutting this woman out. What is she up to, and is she the reason Tasha’s husband starts to act strangely?

The start of the month will see the arrival of Granite Harbour. This series follows Lance Corporal Davis Lindo, who leaves the Royal Military Police with the dream of going into Scotland Yard as a detective. Instead, he ends up as a Detective Constable in Aberdeen, Scotland. While this isn’t the dream, it could open some doors with the things he faces and has to solve.

The first season of Next of Kin is something worth checking out, too. Archie Panjabi plays Mona Harcourt, a doctor whose life is turned upside down when her husband’s work is hit by a terrorist attack. Mona’s brother has also been abducted in Pakistan, and there are rumors circulating everywhere about her nephew. Mona needs to get to Pakistan if she wants to keep her family safe.
