We are certainly ready for Invincible Season 2. It’s been a long wait for the season, but it’s not coming just yet. When can we expect it to premiere?

It’s been a long wait for Invincible Season 2. The first season premiered back in April 2021. There wasn’t a deal with the pandemic shutting everything down by that point. While there were a few delays, there was nothing to lead to this sort of wait.

This wait has been due to Steven Yeun’s schedule. He is a busy man, and that led to a few delays in the production of this series. The good news is that we shouldn’t have the same wait for Season 3.

Yes, there is a third season. Amazon renewed the show for two seasons after the first. This delay isn’t going to affect too much as long as the third season’s wait isn’t too long. It will depend on how much of the writing work was completed, though. It will also depend on if the actors go on strike in July.

When will Invincible Season 2 come to Prime Video?

So, how long do we need to wait? We know that the animated series isn’t on the list of July releases, but will it be out in August? What about September?

We just don’t know yet. Amazon has said “late 2023” for the time being. That could mean anywhere from September onward, really.

We are expecting another weekly release for the series. Amazon will want to stretch out the content that it does have because of the writers strike. Streaming platforms aren’t affected as much as broadcast networks right now, but they will be soon.
