Can you stream Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on Amazon?

After the success of the first movie, it was only a matter of time for a sequel to come out. Miles is back, and he’ll team back up with Gwen in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. They’ll work with other versions of their superhero alter ego as they figure out a way to save the multiverse.

Of course, you’ll want to check out the movie at home. It doesn’t matter if you want to see it in theaters or not; you’ll eventually need to stream it from the comfort of your couch. That means knowing where it still stream online. Is this a movie you’ll be able to watch on Amazon in any way?

Is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on Prime Video?

We start with some bad news about the release. It is not coming to Prime Video. At least, not at first.

Sony movies are heading to Netflix right now. This could include the animated branch, and that’s what we’re expecting to see. After an initial run on Netflix, the movies could head to other streaming homes, including, eventually, Prime Video.

Is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on Amazon Video?

There is another way to watch on Amazon. It’s all about the Digital release that are available on Amazon Instant Video. You’ll be able to rent or buy and not have to worry about its streaming home. This is where we have some great news.

This is a movie that will come to Amazon Instant Video. There isn’t a set date yet, but based on other Sony movies, we could be looking at it happening some time within the next six weeks. It’s certainly something we’re keeping an eye on.
