Reacher Season 2 is not coming to Prime Video in June 2023

We’ve double-checked the list of Amazon arrivals in June 2023, and there is some bad news for fans of a certain Jack. No, not Jack Ryan. It’s all about Jack Reacher. This former soldier is not going to return to our screens just yet.

Reacher Season 2 is not on the list of arrivals this month. That’s not surprising when you consider that Jack Ryan Season 4 is on the list. There is no way that Amazon will want to bring two shows of a similar theme at the same time. It’s why Amaozn waited until the end of Citadel to bring Jack Ryan back.

When will Reacher Season 2 premiere on Prime Video?

So, how long do we need to wait for the second season? We know that production is complete. This is a series that is in post-production, and post on a show like this does not take as long as it would on a show like The Boys, which we’re also waiting for.

However, Amazon will want to space out its content. The writers strike is going to start causing delays by the end of the year, and then there’s a chance that SAG members will go on strike at the end of June, which could further the delays.

Jack Ryan Season 4 is getting a weekly release. The series finale will air in July, and then The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 premieres. While the shows aren’t of the same style, Amazon may want to space out its biggest content right now. We could have to wait until the fall for Reacher Season 2.

We do know that the plan is to bring it at some point this year. At least we have that to look forward to.
