DVD releases happening this week: Cocaine Bear and more

If you want to own Cocaine Bear at home, there is some great news. It’s one of the DVD releases happening on Tuesday, April 18.

We finally have a good week for DVD releases. There are nine movies heading to DVD and Blu-ray this week, and some of them are releases that we’ve been waiting for.

Cocaine Bear is sure to be the biggest release of the lot. Loosely based on true events, the movie follows a black bear that ends up consuming a lot of cocaine and then goes on a rampage around the area, putting many lives at risk.

Magic Mike’s Last Dance, Emily, and more

If you’re into the Channing Tatum movies, you’ll be happy to hear that you can add the latest Magic Mike movie to your DVD collection. Magic Mike’s Last Dance sees him back in the game when his business venture goes south.

For those who want a movie that is a fictionalized version of history, it’s all about Emily. Emma Mackey stars as Emily Bronte, one of the famous sisters from Howarth. We get to see the potential romance that she had—although we’ll never know if it was true.

If you’re looking for something that is definitely not for the kids but initially seems like it should be, Kids Vs. Aliens will be the DVD release to check out. The movie sees a group of kids enjoy a peaceful slumber party but then bloodthirsty aliens attack, and now the two siblings and their friends need to work together to save themselves and the world.
