While not as quiet as last week, there aren’t many movies heading to DVD this week. Here’s a look at all the DVD releases happening on Tuesday, April 11.

While there will be plenty coming to DVD and Blu-ray later in the month, the start of April is pretty slow. There are only three DVD releases happening this week. The good news is there is something to cover the majority of interests.

Infinity Pool is the biggest of the three releases. The movie stars Alexander Skarsgard and Mia Goth, and it is certainly for those who love sci-fi horror and thrillers.

James and Em Foster head to La Tolqa for an all-inclusive resort vacation. There’s a fatal accident, and that’s when the couple sees the darker side to the island. Now the Fosters will need to survive the island and the untold horrors, but not all of those horrors are natural. Can the make it off the island of “paradise” alive?

A Lot of Nothing and more

Another thriller is A Lot of Nothing. This can also be classed as a drama. Y’lan Noel and Cleopatra Coleman play James and Vanessa, a picture-perfect couple. The two move into a new neighborhood that is supposed to be safe. You always know in movies when the neighborhood is supposed to be safe, that’s not going to be the case.

The two witness a vicious crime at the hands of one of their neighbors. When they decide to speak out about the crime, they finds themselves facing the repercussions. Are their lives worth the pursuit of justice?

Living is the third release for those who love drama. Bill Nighy stars as a man in his 60s who moves into a care home after being diagnosed with a terminal illness. While there, he forms a friendship with a man with Down Syndrome in his 20s.

The two end up helping each other through life’s struggles. It’s a great story of what it means to live and the friendships we can form in life.
