The Boys Season 4 is not coming to Prime Video in April 2023

There are a few Amazon shows we’re patiently waiting for, and The Boys Season 4 is one of them. When will we get to see the premiere?

We’re ready to see what’s to come next in the world of The Boys. After the way the second season ended with a win, the third season was completely different. It looked more like a loss, with Starlight viewed as a traitor and Ryan choosing Homelander over Butcher.

Of course, fans want to see how it will all play out in the fourth season. This is where we have some bad news. The Boys Season 4 is not on the list of Prime Video releases this month. That’s not too surprising when youc consider there has been no promotional material to say it would arrive, but it doesn’t stop us from being a little disappointed.

When will The Boys Season 4 arrive on Prime Video?

As of right now, Amazon isn’t saying when we can expect it. In fact, the focus has mostly been on Gen V, the college spin-off which is set to arrive at some point in summer 2023. With that in mind, we probably won’t see The Boys Season 4 until much later this year.

Filming did start in summer 2022, though. This is great news as it takes a long time to film the series and get through post-production. It can take as long as a year to get through everything, and sometimes longer!

If we work with how previous seasons have worked, we saw about 14 months between seasons. That could mean a summer 2023 release date, but it’s unlikely with Gen V. We’re probably looking more at fall or winter of this year to space out the top content for Prime Video.
