When is Shazam! Fury of the Gods on DVD and Blu-ray?

Shazam 2 is finally out in theaters, but you’ll want to own it at home. When is Shazam! Fury of the Gods coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

The time has come to see Zachary Levi as a superhero again. This time, there are even more superheroes as Billy’s foster siblings also want to help save the world.

There are some old gods turning up in a search for revenge. When you consider they had their powers stolen from them, you can’t really blame them. However, that doesn’t mean Earth’s people get to be put at risk. Shazam! refuses to allow that to happen.

When will Shazam! Fury of the Gods come to DVD and Blu-ray?

We don’t have a set DVD release date just yet for this movie. That’s not surprising with it only just coming out in theaters this weekend. We need to look at other movies from the same production studio, and that’s Warner Bros.

We’re going to look at Black Adam and DC League of Super-Pets for this movie. The two took about two and a half months to go from theaters to DVD and Blu-ray. Warner Bros. could be looking at a 90-day exclusivity window now, but I don’t think it is. So, I’m working with the previous releases in mind.

We’re probably looking at around Tuesday, June 6 for Shazam 2 to come to DVD and Blu-ray. That’s about two and a half months.

What about a Digital release? This is likely to be a little sooner than the DVD and Blu-ray. It only took a month for DC League of Super-Pets and Black Adam to both go from theaters to Digital. That could mean we’re looking at something as early as Tuesday, April 18 for this movie. We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for that.
