February has been a little on the quieter side when it’s come to DVD releases. The last Tuesday of the month is bringing some big releases, and you won’t want to miss them.
Resident Alien Season 2 is certainly a standout release. Alan Tudyk returns as Harry the Alien. After realizing that young Max was still on his ship when he went out to detonate the human-killing bomb and return home, Harry knew he had to return to Earth. The second season picks up with Harry back on Earth and in more trouble, especially with his own kind.
Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, I Wanna Dance with Somebody and more
If you’re looking for something a little more sinister, you’ll want to turn your attention to Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Season 1. The full season will arrive on DVD this week, and it’s time to head back to the world of A. No, not the A we came to know in Pretty Little Liars.
This one is a new one, and one who wants revenge. The revenge isn’t really against the teens for what they did. It’s against their parents, but the children will need to pay.
If you want something based on history and with a lot of music, you’ll be happy to hear that I Wanna Dance with Somebody is on DVD and Blu-ray this week. It follows Whitney Houston’s journey to becoming one of the greatest R&B vocalists of all time.
When it comes to something for the kids, you’ll be happy to hear that Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is finally getting a DVD release date.
