Our eyes are most definitely on the return of Carnival Row. This is a series we’ve waited three and a half years for, and the trailer makes us want it even more. The fae will not take their exclusion from The Burgue lying down. They will fight for what’s right.

The series isn’t coming as a binge-watch, though. Amazon is opting for a weekly release schedule for Carnival Row Season 2. That means you’ll want to know the episode count. After all, it’s the best way to know when you will be able to binge-watch the entire season in one sitting.

There is some great news for fans of the series. The second season will have more episodes than the first. Instead of just eight, Carnival Row Season 2 will have 10 episodes. It is possible that the final two episodes were added when everyone returned to filming and they all realized that it would be time to end the story.

The finale date is currently set for Friday, April 21. There’s no need for Amazon to skip a week with it being a streaming platform, even for Easter. It’s not like the renewal of the show is on the line. We know going into it that this is the final season, just like Hunters Season 2 was the final season. Waiting so long, it makes sense to wrap things up and not risk leaving things on major cliffhangers.
