We’re into a new week and a new month. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is just one of the DVD releases to look out for on Tuesday, Feb. 7.

February is certainly starting off strong when it comes to DVD releases. Black Panther 2 is the biggest release of the month, and you likely already have it on pre-order. Why wouldn’t you?

The movie does an excellent job of paying homage to the late Chadwick Boseman. It doesn’t attempt to recast him. Instead, we see the loss of T’Challa, giving us and the actors a chance to mourn the loss via the characters.

Spoiler Alert, Joe Pickett, and more

If you’re in the mood for a story based on real life, you’ll want to turn to Spoiler Alert. Fair warning, you will want tissues for this one. It’s a heartbreaking story.

The movie follows Michael Ausiello’s real story. He and Kit Cowan were made for each other, but the photographer sadly died in 2015 after a battle against aggressive neuroendocrine cancer. We watch the story play out with Kit’s diagnosis and Michael struggling to deal with the loss throughout the movie.

Jim Parsons and Ben Aldridge are everything in this movie. If you’re looking for a healthy ugly cry, buy Spoiler Alert this week on DVD.

Looks for something that suits your Western needs? Joe Pickett Season 1 is the DVD release to get. Michael Dorman plays Joe Pickett, a game warden who ends up in a series of controversies while just trying to live a quiet life.

A mysterious murder happens on his watch, and soon he’s pulled into the rabbit hole of figuring out who did it. This murder may be something much bigger than it initially seems.
