Teen Wolf: The Movie is now available for all to enjoy. It’s a heartbreaking revival, but will you be able to add it to your Teen Wolf DVD collection?
We were all ready to see the wolves back together. We just didn’t expect such a heartbreaking end to the revival movie. Still, it brought plenty of nostalgia from the OG series and makes us want the series back.
Before we get that, it’s time to look at the potential of the DVD release. Could we add Teen Wolf: The Movie to our DVD collections, or is this something only for watching online?
Teen Wolf: The Movie could come to DVD and Blu-ray
It’s hard to say right now. This is a movie that released straight to streaming. You can watch it on Paramount+ right now, and that includes via Amazon Channels if you have the add-on subscription.
This would usually mean the movie won’t head to DVD and Blu-ray. Subscription services like to keep their content exclusive, but every now and then we see something different happen. Paramount+ is one of those that has released original content on DVD in the past, so we could see it happen again.
It certainly makes sense for this one. Teen Wolf: The Movie is a revival to the OG series, a series that a lot of people will have on DVD and Blu-ray. Plenty of fans will want to add it to their collection, but they’re still going to watch it online as it’s an easier option when traveling.
It will take some time for the movie to come to DVD if it happens, and we may only see it on DVD and not Blu-ray. We’re expecting at least six months, if not longer.
