It’s a very quiet week when it comes to DVD releases on Tuesday, Jan. 31. Angry Neighbors is one of the releases you’ll want to buy.

This week is very quiet when it comes to DVD releases. There are only two releases on the list, and both are movies on a smaller scale when it came to theatrical releases.

The good news is we’re going into a new month. That means there is plenty to watch on Prime Video and Freevee. We will take a look at the two releases on DVD and Blu-ray, though.

Angry Neighbors and Bones and All

The first release on the list is Angry Neighbors starring Frank Langella and Bobby Cannavale. The movie follows Harry, who is a retired novelist in the Hamptons. He wants to enjoy a quiet retirement and doesn’t want to be bothered by other people around him. That includes the writers of the unpublished works send to him. He’s not interested in helping.

Meanwhile, there’s Hector, a born-again Christian and capitalist who lives with Harry. The catch is that Hector is Harry’s white terrier who apparently talks to him.

When Kevin buys land across from Harry’s home, all hell breaks loose. Kevin wants to build a mega-sized mansion, and Harry things the end of the world is here. Can he stop Kevin carrying on with the plans?

Bones and All is the second release starring Taylor Russell and Timothee Chalamet. It follows 17-year-old Maren, who finds out that he is a special type of vampire. He’s called an “Eater, ” and he’s not part of the undead and doesn’t thirst for blood. He does have an insatiable urge to eat the flesh of humans.

Maren has to go on the run when he eats the fingers of his high school friend. As he flees from the authorities, he finds other Eaters just like him and tries to figure out this new world he’s in.
