There was very little change on the list of most read Amazon books between Jan. 15 and 21. Here’s a look at the entire Top 20.

Every now and then, the popular books to read almost remain the same. There are times that we see books move slightly between themselves on the list. There are no major ups and downs, and nothing new joins the list.

This is one of those weeks. The movers are just a spot or two on the list, and there were no new additions throughout the week. Even the Top 3 remains completely the same from the previous week. It’s time to take a look to see what’s so popular right now.

Lessons in Chemistry holds the top spot

The Top 3 remained the same, with Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus holding the top spot. This book has been toward the bottom of the list during its first few weeks here. It’s been since the New Year that the book moved up the list, and we’re seeing this happen a lot thanks to TikTok.

The Top 5 changed ever so slightly. Fairy Tale by Stephen King lost a spot with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling moving up a spot.

Even the Top 10 was only a small change with Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver moving up a spot and The Boys from Biloxi by John Grisham losing a spot. Will we see Demon Copperhead get into the Top 5 this week?

The biggest mover of the week was Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover. It lost two spots, with Verity, also by Colleen Hoover, and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid gaining one spot each.
