When is A Man Called Otto coming to DVD and Blu-ray?
A Man Called Otto has just received its limited release in theaters. Tom Hanks fans will definitely want to check it out, but when is it on DVD?
Tom Hanks is back on our movie screens. He plays Otto Anderson, a grumpy widower who finds himself living next to a young family. The family has just moved in and is already disrupting the peace he enjoys.
However, his life is soon turned upside down. Marisol is a quick-witted woman who is more than ready to play Otto at his own game. And so, an unlikely friendship is formed.
When will A Man Called Otto come to DVD and Blu-ray?
With this being one of the first movies of 2023, it’s hard to make a call on when it will come to DVD and Blu-ray. Each year, recently, the timelines have changed. However, we can make a rough guess based on some of the later 2022 movies.
Just a note that yes, this got a release outside of the U.S. in 2022. This could also affect the DVD release date.
A Man Called Otto is a Sony Pictures movie. We’re going to look at Bullet Train and Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile for a guide to a DVD release date. Both of these movies took about two-and-a-half months to head from theaters to DVD. With that in mind, we’re probably looking at the beginning of March 2023 for A Man Called Otto to come to DVD and Blu-ray.
What about a Digital release? That happened about three weeks before the DVD release. With that in mind, we could say the middle to the end of February for this Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson movie to be available to buy or rent on DVD and Blu-ray.
A Man from Otto is currently out in theaters with a limited release.
