The Devil’s Hour is now available to binge-watch on Prime Video. After that twisty ending, you likely want to see more. Will there be a Season 2?

If you haven’t checked out The Devil’s Hour yet, make it your binge-watch this weekend. It’s a brilliant, twisty series. Don’t worry; we’re not going to focus on any of the spoilers here.

If you’ve watched all six episodes, you’ll know that a second season is necessary. There are a lot of questions left over after the first season, and now we need to know if Amazon will cancel or renew the series.

The good news is that the decision is fully in Amazon’s hands. While it is a British series, it’s a global Amazon Original Series. So, there’s no BBC or ITV to work with for this one. However, with Amazon’s track record lately, it does mean we’re concerned.

Will The Devil’s Hour Season 2 happen?

Amazon has not renewed or canceled the twisty show just yet. That’s not surprising with it only arriving at Halloween weekend. With people being out at parties, the show may not have got the initial viewership needed. Amazon can take two months or so to make some decisions—and others, like Outer Range, have taken much longer.

Radio Times did give us some positive news when it comes to those behind the series. Creator Tom Moran does have ideas for a second season. He actually has ideas for a third season, too. Jessica Raine, who stars as Lucy Chambers, is also interested in continuing the story. There’s no word on Peter Capaldi, but we could see him being interested.

There are a lot of questions, still. We want to know what happened to a couple of characters. Will we ever find out the truth?
