Prime Video has a great mixture of content arriving on Prime Video this week. Here’s a look at everything streaming, including The English.

Another week is here, and that means more new content arriving on Prime Video. There is some great content for all interests. Whether you want a horror romance or you need a Western, Amazon has you covered.

There are seven new releases. There’s also a new episode of The Peripheral at the end of the week. We’re getting to the halfway point of the series, so expect things to pick up this week.

The English, Mammals, and more

One of the biggest releases is The English starring Emily Blunt and Chaske Spencer. The series follows Eli Whipp, a Pawnee scout who has been released from his Army service in 1890. He decides to head back north to his Nebraska ancestral home and stake a claim on his land.

Along the way, he comes across an Englishwoman, who is on the hunt for revenge. She wants vengeance against the one who killed her son. It turns out the two have a shared past.

If you’re more in the mood for a romantic comedy, Mammals is the series to watch. This series follows James Corden as Jamie Buckingham, a Michelin-starred chef who finds out some shocking secrets about his pregnant wife. What happens when secrets of infidelity come up? What happens when everything you thought you know or believe to be true is turned on its head?

Then there’s a zombie movie that is nothing like the others. Most of the time, we see stories of an attack on the world and someone looking for a cure. Warm Bodies opted for a romance within the horror. It follows R, a member of the walking dead, who comes across Julie. He decides to rescue her, and the two form an unusual bond. As R starts to become more and more human, the two realize they may have figured out a way to save the world.
