Is The Winchesters on Amazon?

The Supernatural prequel we’ve all been waiting for is here. The Winchesters has premiered, but where can you stream the episodes online?

We are more than ready to check in with the Winchester brothers. We’re only checking back in with one, though. Dean Winchester is telling this story. It’s the story of how Mary and John met.

We’re heading back to 1972 for The Winchesters. John Winchester is back from the Vietnam War, while Mary Campbell is looking for her dad. John finds himself pulled into the world of monsters and demons, and yes, that is completely different to the canon we already know from Supernatural.

Eventually, we’ll need to see how the story comes back to the canon we know. To see that, you need to know where the episodes are streaming online.

Is The Winchesters on Prime Video?

There is some bad news for those hoping to watch the show on Prime Video for free with their Prime membership. This is not a series that’s heading there.

We shouldn’t be too surprised by that news. Broadcast shows don’t tend to head to Prime Video. This is a CW series, and the episodes are heading to The CW App the following day. After that, we’ll likely see it head to HBO Max, but this is going to depend on the deal Nexstar makes now that it owns the majority of the network.

Is The Winchesters on Amazon Instant Video?

We do know that broadcast shows head to Digital, and this is where there is some good news. The episodes will head to Amazon Instant Video to buy. You’ll either need to get the individual episodes or pay for the full season at once. When you get the full season, you will save money. Plus, all episodes head to your Amazon Library automatically as soon as they’re available.

When you buy on Digital, you don’t need subscription services. You’ll also have the episodes for as long as you have your Amazon account.
