Chicago PD Season 10 begins on NBC tonight, and we know it streams online the following day. Will the streaming home be Amazon?
With Fall TV back, we’re certainly looking out for where our favorite shows will be available to stream. We know all broadcast shows head to a streaming platform the following day.
Chicago PD Season 10 picks up off the back of the Season 9 events. Voight needs to deal with the loss of Anna, an informant that he pushed to remaining undercover while she was breaking and fearing for her life. Meanwhile, we’re going to see how PD will write Jesse Lee Soffer’s character out of the story.
Now eyes are on where you can watch the episodes the next day. Will you be able to get Chicago PD on Amazon in any way?
Is Chicago PD on Prime Video?
There is a little bit of bad news for those who want to watch for free on Prime Video. This isn’t going to happen.
Last year, the episodes went to both Hulu and Peacock. This year, the episodes will only head to Peacock. That makes sense since NBCUniversal owns both NBC and Peacock.
Is Chicago PD on Amazon Video?
The good news is broadcast shows are also made available to buy on Digital the following day. You can get episodes on any digital platform, and one of them is Amazon Instant Video. The episodes are available the day after, and it can take up to 24 hours for them to be available to watch.
It’s worth getting the full season at once. While not all episodes are out, you will pay less overall. You’ll also get the episodes in your Amazon LIbrary as soon as they’re made available without having to check for them. All episodes will remain in your Amazon Library for as long as you have an Amazon account, and there’s no need for any type of streaming platform.
Chicago PD airs Wednesdays on NBC.
