Most read Amazon books last week: Lord of the Rings book reenters

The Lord of the Rings series is now streaming on Prime Video. Of course, one of the books is on the list of most read Amazon books.

When it comes to books being turned into shows, it’s never surprising to see the books on the list of most read or most sold Amazon books. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is set centuries before the book series, but that doesn’t stop fans from rereading the books. In fact, the series is going to be the first look of the universe for some, and new fans will be introduced to the books.

The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien has made it back on the list of most read Amazon books last week. While it is on the lower side of the list, we’re expecting to see that move up the list throughout the week.

One new book on the list

There is only one new book to make it on the list. All Good People Here by Ashley Flowers is that new addition, making it on the list in 19th place. Ruth Ware’s The It Girl was in this spot during the previous week, and that novel has now dropped off the list.

There were some big movers throughout the week. The Hotel Nantucket by Elin Hilderbrand dropped four places. It landed in last place on the list, and we could see it move off the list this week. That’s not surprising as the beach reads are likely to be put away for another year.

The 6:20 Man by David Baldacci dropped three spots, knocking out of the Top 15. Will it be able to hold on another week?
