Jack Ryan Season 3 is not coming in September 2022

We are so ready to see what’s next for Jack Ryan, but there’s some bad news. The wait for Jack Ryan Season 3 to premiere continues.

We had hoped by now that we would have a premiere date for Jack Ryan Season 3. The list of Prime Video releases in September are out, and we couldn’t help but double-check for the series. Was there a chance that this would be a surprise release?

Here comes the bad news. The season is not on the list. Our wait continues, but do we have a light at the end of the tunnel?

When will Jack Ryan Season 3 come to Prime Video?

Amazon is still to confirm when the new season will arrive. We’re coming up to three years since the second season premiered. That happened on Nov. 1, 2019, and there is a chance that Amazon is going to wait until closer to that date to release Jack Ryan Season 3.

September’s big release is The Lord of the Rings. While this is a weekly-released show and runs into October, we could still see another big release that isn’t fantasy based in October. That could be Jack Ryan. After all, we do know that the season is going to arrive sometime in the second half of 2022.

We don’t need to worry about this long wait being the end of the series. We know that a fourth season is happening. That was confirmed a while back. The bad news is the fourth season is going to be the last, but it may not be the end of the franchise overall. It’s a waiting game to see how new characters are received and whether there is spin-off material there.

At least we can go into Season 3 without concerns about a cliffhanger. Plus, we know Season 4 is written as the end.
