Carnival Row Season 2 is not coming in September 2022

We’ve waited extremely patiently, but we’re starting to get discouraged. Carnival Row Season 2 is still not on the list of Prime Video releases.

We would love nothing more to bring the good news of the Carnival Row Season 2 premiere date. Instead, Prime Video is still leaving us hanging. We double-checked the list of Prime Video releases in September just to see if this fantastical series was on the list.

It wasn’t. This leaves us wondering if we’ll ever get the season.

When will Carnival Row Season 2 come to Prime Video?

As of right now, there are no signs as to when Carnival Row Season 2 will premiere. We had hoped that it would arrive in August to make it just three years between seasons, but that month came and went. Now the September list is out, and the fantasy series isn’t on there either.

We had an idea that would be the case when there wasn’t a promo during August. All eyes are still on a date, which should be sometime this year.

There is some bad news with all this. Midgard Times reports that Season 2 is likely the last. Apparently, a lot of the big sets in Prague have been torn down, and it sounds like Season 2 was written to be the end. This isn’t that surprising to hear. With th long wait for Season 2, it’s going to be hard to get the fans back. Ending it is better than cancelling it with a major cliffhanger.

If this is the case, we’ll likely see the show drop as one binge-watch. There isn’t the need for the weekly release if there’s no need to pull up the ratings to give it a second season.
